The purpose of this study was to investigative the roles of Quorum sensing system (QSS) and pseudomonas exotoxin A (PEA) in the pseudomonas infect by pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods used to intraperitoneal injection (IP) of P. aeruginosa included wild –type PAO1, Qss defective mutant PAO-JP2, and avirulent PEA mutant PAO-PR1.Thepereentage of death, The measurements included the mouse mortality rates, the colony forming units (CFU) of P. aeruginosa within the tissues, blood typing count assay. histology of specific (such as tissues spleen kidney) the tissues amine ALT AST specific teem in liver infection were examinate. The difference of symptoms resulting from infection of wild type and defected type were discussed. There were mouse wilt infection of PAO1 and PAO-PR1 pseudomonas aeruginosa in the blood over 48 hour ; however there was no significant level of pseudomonas aeruginosa observed in the blood with infection of PAO-JP2 .The concentration of ALT and AST were highestin the infection of PAO1 lesser in PAO-JP2, and least in PAO-PR1. By the observation of histological slides the liver, spleen, peritoneal and kidney were pathological damage in the when the mouse infected with PAO-JP2, was not shown since Qss could not attached to profound however, liver damage was could the secretion of PEA. peritonitis consulting from was shown when the mouse was infected with PAO-PR1. The pathological damage was caressed by circulation. since the pathological damage was extrapolated the 24 hrs. the pathological damage of peritoneum and kidney were considered to be confected in the way of attachment by QSS. We suggested that Qss and PEA of P. aeruginosa play the critical role in infection. In previous study.
