The fabrication of White Organic Light Emitting Diodes

Popis: | 97 In this study, guest emitting materials (blue: FIrpic, red: Ir(piq)2(acac) and green: Ir(ppy)3) and host emitting material (CBP) were dissolved in toluene solvent to form a single emission layer of white organic light emitting diode (WOLED). We discussed the influence of optimization structure and EML solution concentrations to device performances. From the results, the WOLED has better luminance (3500 cd/m2) and efficiency (2.4 cd/A) with the optimal thicknesses of HBL (BAlq) and ETL (Alq3), the CIE value is (0.33,0.349). Finally, the device luminance and efficiency can be improved to 5500 cd/m2 and 4 cd/A when the dissolved time of EML solution and doped concentrations of guest emitting materials (red: Ir(piq)2(acac) and green: Ir(ppy)3) optimization. |
