Depending on the electronic control unit (ECU), such as speed or price, and other needs, the development of vehicle electronic LIN, CAN, FlexRay and MOST network, such as the vehicle.As the vehicle by-wire system technology needs, FlexRay has been towards integrated vehicle control systems development network, which covers the body systems, active and passive safety systems, power systems, and information systems are integrated in the FlexRay network infrastructure, fully demonstrate the high bandwidth and high security applications the advantages of the FlexRay. Therefore, FlexRay has become the vehicle of technological development of electronic communication network key. Study the structure mainly by the personal computer through the RS-232 interface connected to the micro-controller with embedded FlexRay interface based on a combination of node FlexRay ECU. The use of the entire communications network interconnected with the bus in a variety of point-to-point network topology, and the implementation of analog / digital conversion and digital input / digital output control action. FlexRay ECU each node not only in full compliance with the FlexRay protocol, FlexRay and also the realization of a CAN network gateway. Through research to achieve high-speed vehicle electronic communications network, ECU can transmit signals between the nodes by the personal computer to receive signals FlexRay network communications, and effective monitoring and control of all high-speed network node. In addition, CAN and FlexRay conversion by means of transmission can be completed by the main network and subnet as well as high-speed communication between the line and real-time control function Communication network in the vehicle. Research proves that building the FlexRay automotive communications network system has been available for high-speed automotive network communications an excellent platform for assessment and verification through the actual test results. |
