Popis: | 國際高階經營管理碩士在職專班(IEMBA) 97 The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of Vidaking Company’s customers on service qualtity, satisfaction and re-buying willingness on Feng Shui goods from on-line sales. By using the questionnaire survey of customers of Vidaking Company, it indicates that service qualtity has crisscross influence on satisfaction, and eventually re-buying willingness. The survey used in this study consists of 4189 customers of Vidaking Company, and the valid questionnaires are 351, representing a 8.4% response rate. After usig the SPSS for Window12.0, the major results are summarized as following: 1.Service qualtity is obviously having direct correlation with satisfaction. 2. The relationship between the” satisfaction” and re-buying willingness” is correlated. 3.There is a obviously relationship between the” satisfaction” and ” re-buying willingness”. 4.Price level and e-buying willingness is negatively correlated. |
