Popis: | 97 There are two purposes in this study, one is the elementary school teachers in understanding of the implementation of peer coaching attitude and teachers' professional growth of the current situation with the differences, and discusses both's relations. Based on the results of the research, we'll provide some suggestions for educational administrative organization, and the school administrative staff including teachers. To achieve the study purposes, the research clarifies the theory foundation of peer coaching, describes the content of that theory and what teachers' professional growth connotation and method. By the clarification, we analysis the abilities a teacher should have during the peer coaching. Through the discussion, the researcher started the survey according to a self-edited chart named as“The elementary school teachers with the implementation of peer coaching attitude and teachers’ professional growth scales ”. The sample consists of 615 teachers among 69 public primary schools by stratified sampling. The data is analyzed by T-Test, one-way ANOVA, Pearsons’ product-moment correlation. The results of study reveals below regressions: 1. The elementary school teachers in understanding of the implementation of peer coaching attitude and teachers' professional growth is“upper-intermediate”. 2. Teachers of different backgrounds of elementary teachers implemented a peer coaching difference in attitude. 3. The school scale below 12 classes, has conducts the associates to the peer coaching, to have encourages the peer cooperation and has school of the support specialized growth are holding further growth on teachers’ profession. 4. Different teachers in the context of elementary school teachers for professional growth in different circumstances. 5. Eastern area's school, below the school scale 12 classes with 13-24 classes, has conducts the associates to counsel the system, to have encourages the peer cooperation and has school of the support specialized growth, is good in the specialized growth situation. 6. The more a school implements its peer coaching, the better the teacher’s professional growth will be. Based on the conclusions mentioned above, the suggestions are provided to the following four aspects respectively: school and educational administration, and further studies. keyword:peer coaching attitude, teachers' professional growth |
