Popis: | 97 In the new century of the knowledge economy, how to advance the knowledge through learning has become an imperative subject of knowledge management of an organization. To keep up with employee’s learning needs, enterprises often arrange and set up employee education learning center as well as establish the “Enterprise Digital Online Learning System” to be responsible for the educational practices of various departments within the enterprise. Many major enterprises have already included the educational practices as a part of their core aptitude in order to assist employees of various departments to, through the learning system, receive convenient job-related online training and learning; to achieve the internal knowledge resource sharing within the enterprise; and to provide the executives the ability to promptly understand the progress of the job-related educational training and learning of various departments; and to provide timely assistance to employee training. In recent years, the maturity of the information technology and network environment has led the learning and teaching into an E-learning era. Many enterprises have established learning web sites to be the information system that provides prompt educational training to employees of various departments. This study explores the critical factors that impact the employees’ “Use Satisfaction” when an enterprise introduces the “Network Learning System”. These critical factors have crucial meanings in an enterprise’ decision making process during the implementation of the “Network Learning System”. This study exploits the employees of the electronic sector of the business enterprise which has already introduced and implemented the “Network Learning System”. The questionnaires are used to collect information. The study attempts to gain a better understanding of: 1. The benefits of the network learning system; 2. The technical skills of the system builder; 3. The level of participation of the enterprise executives and employees; 4. The capacity of the network learning system. The expected contribution of this study is, through the enterprise employee user satisfaction questionnaire investigation method, to understand and identify the critical factors of the “Network Learning System” usage satisfaction level in order to generate valid references for any enterprise planning to introduce and implement its own “Network Learning System”. |
