| Popis: | 98 By using incentive systems in a sample of second grade children, this thesis investigates how delayed gratification is related to their learning performance, their learning performance in different learning areas, and the sex difference. The thesis concludes that 1、delay of gratification is highly positive related to children’s learning performance, but there exists variations in different learning areas; 2、delay of gratification is highly positive related to Life Curriculum, Integrative Activities, and Health and Physical Education (Health Education); however, the relations are not significant in Mandarin Learning Area, Mathematics Learning Area, and Health and Physical Education (Physical Education); 3、delay of gratification has a significant difference in sex .Girls are better able than boys to delay gratification. |
