Generally speaking, the employee’s satisfaction of job significantly affects work performance for corporate. Therefore, what are the factors that influence employee’s satisfaction of air cargo terminal is the motivation and purpose of this research. Although several academics and practitioners have asserted the importance of the employee’s satisfaction, there is relatively little empirical evidence for this. In the study of the employee’s satisfaction, the perceived satisfaction is caused by the perceived value considered by the employee. The study reviewed and summarized the factors of the employee’s satisfaction from the related literature. By applying Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) and questionnaire analysis, the weights of criteria are derived. The conclusions of this research are summarized as following: 1. The employee’s satisfaction model consisted of seven dimensions and the results showed the most important dimension influencing employee’s satisfaction is management and the second dimension is vision. 2. The factor significantly affecting employee’s satisfaction is the fair promotion systems, the second is with strong ambitious of managers, and the third is the introduction and implementation of good system.
