Popis: | 98 The study aims at the inquiry of the cognition and consumptive status quo of organic agricultural products for consumers in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung Cities and analyzes the cognitive factors impacting organic agricultural products purchase. The data are collected by the questionnaires survey. There are 600 questionnaires delivered and 412 valid ones retrieved in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung Cities. Through the statistic analysis of descriptive statistics, independent t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation test, Chi square test and regression analysis, the results are: 1. The consumers have deficient organic cognitive concepts, especially the organic food safety. Besides, there is a difference of consumers’ organic cognitive concepts in terms of age, marriage, children, education and occupation. 2. The main motive are the concerns for health and environmental protection. The most frequently-bought item is organic vegetables. The places concentrate on the organic shops, wholesale marts and supermarkets. The source of information obtainment is the introduction of relatives and mass communicative channels. There are still obstacles to buy organic agricultural products; for instance, high prices and false products are the 2 main factors preventing consumers from buying. In addition, there is a difference of the consumers’ purchase and frequence in terms of domicile, age, marriage, children and family monthly income. 3. There is a low positive correlation between the consumers’ organic cognition and organic consumptive behaviors; moreover, amidst the 3 factors: the organic production process, organic ecological impact and the organic food safety, the cognition of organic ecological impact is the optimal predictive variable impacting the consumptive behaviors. It is advised that the government and the competent authority employ the mass communicative channels for educational promotion with the serious enforcement of banning against false organic agricultural products. moreover, the production and marketing units of organic agricultural products shall endeavor to reduce prices for sales.
