| Popis: | 97 Estimating operation effect fairly in farmer’s organizations is the most important issue. Therefore we have to build up the model that is able to estimate operation effect effectively and fairly, and have to choose the effective research samples in the first place. The farmer’s organization in Taiwan is more special than other organizations. So how to estimate operation effect directly is very difficult. Therefore many researches about this issue relate to focus on banking effect. It is not to estimate operation effect fairly in farmer’s organizations. For this reason the research tries to use gray relation to build up the model estimating operation effect. And we research the effect if it is able to stable to preserve. The basic level of farmer’s organizations in Taoyuan county and city is chosen by the samples of this research. This research is generalized several conclusions. The first, the best basic level of farmer’s organization of the operation effect in Taoyuan is Dayuan Township, and the second is Taoyuan City. Besides, the effect is stable to preserve. The second conclusion is the core of operation in farmer’s organization in city leans on banking. Finally, the conclusion of this research is the formers in this area out of theory knowledge. |
