| Popis: | 97 Environmental protection issues is taken seriously in the whole world and creating the green supply chain management practices of popular. How does the enterprise use the resources to improve environmental management skill and performance will be the focus of this discussion. To explore the OEM and ODM-based Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers how to respond the related regulations or protocols such as the WEEE and the RoHS established by the EU and to promote green supply chain management, thereby improving the environment and enterprise performance, by the social capital theory which three dimensions: Cognitive, Structural and Relational. This study used questionnaires to measure the Taiwan Electrical and Electronics industrys’social capital information. The empirical results show that the enterprise choice of the green management patterns will make the different influence to the environment performance. In response to these results, this study will bring forward two aspects of academic and practical suggestions. |
