Popis: | 97 The number of the domestic schools increase in decade dramatically, but national birth rate goes down. The caused the disequilibrium of schools supply and demand, decline quality, a climate of merger, and a direct impact on the school’s management and development. Due to the liberation of education market, students will have more dimensional choices to decide which school to attend. Therefore, every senior high school aggressively builds recruiting strategies in order to cope with the difficulty of low-level enrollment. This study the view points of evaluation factors of choosing school for the senior high school students. The results will be useful for the school to develop their marketing strategy and respond a highly competition of education market. A total of 300 samples were investigated with questionnaires. Convenient sampling selected the freshmen who entered senior high schools of northern, central, southern, and eastern area in Taiwan. This study used Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relational Analysis to calculate the weight of each evaluation factor. According to this research result, the importance of the evaluation factor in the decision of selecting schools include the supply of vocational field practice, employment news, the working behave of graduated students. Besides, the senior high school rand of the basic competence test and peer’s evaluation aren’t really important. |
