| Popis: | 97 Motion vector searching is the key issue for video compression. Many studies are proposed for rising video quality and reducing search points. This paper is based on the point of view that most of motion vectors are very short and not far from (0,0). The new algorithm that based on Hexagon-Based Search Algorithm and Diamond Search Algorithm is proposed, it has less search point and better video quality than other algorithms. |
