工作/家庭衝突與親子關係之研究-以高雄市政府公務人員為例

The purpose of this study is to explore and understand Kaohsiung city governmental employees whose relationships toward work / family conflict and parental relationship and find out differences、relationships among each variable. The results are shown as following: 1. In the scale of work / family conflict is relatively fine, except for the gender. Age, supervisors/non- supervisors、working hours for each week and the youngest children’s age in the scale all showed significance. 2. In the scale of parental relationship are relatively fine, except for the age, supervisors/non- supervisors、working hours for each week. Gender and the youngest children’s age in this scale both showed significance. 3. Different degrees in work / family conflict, and parental relationship all showed obvious significance. 4. Due to three scales of work involvement, family involvement and family interfere work, it showed positive correlation with parental relationship, but in the scale of work interfere family, it showed negative correlation. 5. The investigation on work / family conflict leads to effective prediction on parental relationship. Based on the findings above, suggestions were made for the Kaohsiung city governmental employees, city authority and the follow-up researchers.
