The main purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between spiritual health and self-esteem. The measuring instruments were the “Adolescent Spirituality Health Scale”, the “Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale”, adopting the common senior high students (exclusive of full senior high) as master samples, extracting samples by layer sampling, collecting data by self-filling questionnaire, retrieving effective samples 563 persons. The data were coded and then analyzed by using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS for windows Release 12.0).The methods of data analysis included one-way ANOVA, MANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. After statistics analysis we found: 1. The situation of adolescence spirituality health exhibits “good”, commonly paying attention to others’ existences, and development of public relationship, showing lower extents of religion identification and reliance. 2. The situation of adolescence self-esteem exhibits “good”, commonly regarding themselves not to be failures, holding positive self-image manner, hopefully regarding themselves better. 3. With respect to the background variables, those who regard themselves with better physical and mental health, social relationships, subject learning, general life satisfaction may have better spirituality health and positive self-esteem. Those who have religious beliefs may have better spirituality health, but religious beliefs don’t have obvious impact on self-esteem. 4. Those who have better grades with the table as a whole and partly in the six sub table respectively may have higher self-esteem. 5. The sub scales “introspection for oneself” and “transcendence” can be used jointly to predict the self-esteem variables by 50.1%, there are something to do with self-esteem.
