Under the international continues forever development, the government has taken the reduce and reuse of waste as a administration key. Executive Yuan apprised and decided 「Source minimization and resource recycling program」 in order to convert waste to resource and reuse on 1st March, 1987. Nowadays, new construction and demolition project are arranged by stages in terms of Waste Disposal Act. Those controlled construction industry have to declare their waste output to EPA and it has implemented a waste flow control in recent years. However, there is no specific arrangement to the household renovation waste. Now, the control of household renovation is according to Construction Law of the forth item of 77th -2 article 「Management of interior decoration of buildings 」.The law is for the interior decoration industry and its related business qualification requirements, but there is no any management for household renovation waste. Because of this, there is a lot of random dumpling of waste or illegal disposal. And it makes the government hard to evaluate the policy effect of decrease household renovation waste. This research aims at the output and the disposal of waste by visiting experts and surveying the current situation. The research also poses the feasible management for household renovation and its declaration of waste. Before estimating the quantity, this research through the Fuzzy Delphi Method to archive the impact factor of household renovation waste. It also analyses the quotations from the northern part of decoration industry to build the estimation way of renovation waste. By statistical analysis, we estimate the annual volume of renovation waste is about 345 M3. This research can provide the government to master the quantity of renovation waste, and avoid the dumpling of disposal illegally and aim to the goal of trash decrease without waste.
