Popis:	97 This study examined the impact of different internationalization motives on national selection and subsidiary performance with the moderating effect of manager’s network. It is suggested that the relationship between national selection and subsidiary performance is moderated by manager’s network. The empirical result supported Taiwanese firms with different internationalization motives would have different national selection decision. Also the moderating effect of manager’s network is supported. PCN’s network is would have positive impact to the relationship of PCN and subsidiary performance and HCN’s network would have negative impact to the relationship of HCN and subsidiary performance.
