Popis: | 97 This research studied the case of Chinatrust commercial Bank and expected to understand how the change of employee’s performance appraisal affected the business performance as the process of M&A (Merger and Acquisition). This study would expect to direct the manager of Chinatrust to develop the method of performance appraisal. In order to understand the relationship between performance appraisal and business performance, the researcher adopted the qualitative research and in-depth interviewing to comprehend the procedure of employee’s performance appraisal. The conclusions of this study are stated as the following: (1) The different design of employee’s performance appraisal will affect the business performance. The most influences of factors are the goal-setting and performance appraisal. (2) The existing method of employee’s performance will not measure the employee’s future performance. Therefore, it is necessary to design the new system depend on the characteristic of employees individually to link rewards to improve the performance in the future. (3) Due to the execution of training, Chinatrust could execute goal strongly and made differentiation to business performance. |
