Popis:	97 The goal of this thesis is to develop a verification instrument for equipped electric meters. The instrument can verify different kinds of electric meters according to National Standards. There are four modules including portable computer, the interface of error calculation, standardize meter, and signal sensor. In the developed instrument which complies with 0.5 degree of accuracy is more user-friendly and cheaper than the conventional verification instrument. From the test results, it is found the instrument not only handles controversial meters but also prevents from tampering efficiently.
