Popis: | 97 With the progress of science and technology, the function of image grabbed equipments and peripheral products are changed with each passing day, so their prices dropped. And the promotion of computer operating ability and the fast progress of image processing technique make that the field of image has very extensive research and application. Some people built a surveillance system at home or in office to replace security person. Because of everybody wants a security system for safety, but not spend a lot of money. They want the security system can catch every frame of moving objects, but not dynamic background of environment of surveillance. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a system to detect and record for every moving object when it is coming to the environment of surveillance. This system uses the digital webcam to catch the images of incursive objects. It also uses both “temporal difference” and “background subtraction” methods to detect moving target and dynamic background. Then we set a threshold value for target tracking software to find out the target’s position, and send out the control command to take the picture of moving objects. This research takes place the experiment of this project so many times in the school environment. The value of threshold is also adjusted to improve the accuracy of target detection. The experimental result shows that the system proposed in this thesis successfully accomplished the moving objects detecting and recording, and proves the feasibility of proposed method in this research. |
