The purpose of this study is to establish performance evaluation indicators for Inter-organizational information systems using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach, and provide references for managers and future researches when measuring the performance of inter-organizational information systems. Based past researches on applying BSC approach to information systems, this study collected numerous performance evaluation indicators of information systems, after screening, and remaining 17 indicators in total as performance evaluation indicators to construct the research model and develop the items of the questionnaire based the model. Next, calculate the weights of all dimensions and indicators of the model using Fuzzy AHP (FAHP) method. Aimed at the information and electronic industry Taiwan, sent out the managers of the information and electronic industry to fill out the questionnaire, and a total of valid 20 expert questionnaires was returned. The results showed that the importance weights of all dimensions were ordered as follows: financial dimension, internal processes dimension, customers dimension and learning and growth dimension when the managers measure inter-organizational information systems performance. In addition, the importance weights of performance evaluation indicators were ordered as follows: improve the inventory turnover rate, speed up the process of suppliers and customers to deal with the speed, reduce transaction costs, reduce the cost of information exchange and enhance the organization internal processes elasticity.
