The study of the factors influecne the employee relations in the enterprises by using Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process

Popis: | 97 In the current era of human resource’s transition, the core of the competitions between corporations has evolved from production to management, and now foucuses on the acquirement of adequate human resources and the capability of innovation. To corporations, the most vital task is not how to obtain capable human resources, but rather how to ensure the existing ones continuously contribute to the progression of the firm. The most immediate influence exists between employee and employer’s interaction, and the interaction’s foundation is the employee relations. There are many researchs about human resource or labor relation in Taiwan, but about employee relations is very deficient. On the basis of the above mentioned, this research has three purposes:1、understand the employee relation in Taiwan by reference review and collect 2、find out the factors and weight, and establish a evaluative scale 3、provide the direction to the corporation and improve internal environment by this research’s results. Our research summarizes the factors which influencie the employee relations with the reference discussion, and then utilize Excel 2003 editions of application software under Windows framework environment in order to quantification of subjective judgement. The result of this research indicates:in the assess criterion of the four index, it is obvious that the experts emphasize “Negoitation”(weight is 0.3124), and the secondly is “Organizational characteristic ” (weight is 0.2459), “Employee’s joinment”(weight is 0.2299)and “Leader’s characteristic ” (weight is 0.2118). We suggest that the corporations want to improve the internal employee relations can refer our research conclusions. Acconding to more important principles, they can develop adaptive strategies and methods to make limited resource into best fit, and maxize the effectiveness of the whole improvement. |
