| Popis: | 97 Based on that chinese tradotional law and literature both have moral issues, the dissertation chooses moral issues as the paltform of interdiciplinary study of law and literature. I categorize Bao Gung stories in "law in literature" and in "literature as law" and analyse how literature dipicting law and how law affecting literature according to literature as the foundation of my reaserch. The second and the third chapters: methodologies of law and literature; the relation between chinese traditional law and moral issues. The fourth chapter: justice and human essences in literature. The fifth chapter: law and ethical problems in literature. The sixth chapter: law and education in literature. Chapter seven: retrospection and the future of law and literature study. |
