The Empirical Study on Relationship Model between Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Loyalty and Customer Loyalty

Popis:	97 This study proposes a model to test these relationships between organization citizenship behavior, employee loyalty and customer loyalty. By using the path analysis and hierarchical linear model, this study find that employee loyalty drives organization citizenship behavior. Organization citizenship behavior drives customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction drives loyalty. Some helpful recommendations for managing service companies are presented.
