In recent years, the blogosphere has been dramatically blooming and becoming more and more important in our digital lives. In this research, we investigated the trend of blogosphere via analyzing network topology of the blogosphere. We took the ranking list of 104948 blogs in the Blog Look website: look.urs.tw, on 31 October 2008, as our research population. From the population, we selected the top 100 blogs, and chose another 100 blogs via simple random sampling, as two clusters of our research sample. Then, we analyzed the basic statistical features of the two sample clusters, and compared the differences between them. Furthermore, based on the collection of all the sampled blogs on 1 November 2008, we first sifted and figured out the blogroll network topology of our research sample. Upon the network topology, we performed the centrality analysis and the cohesive subgroup analysis. Similarly, the network topologies of comments and trackbacks are also analyzed. The centrality analysis result shows that top 100 blogs in the blogroll network topology are the important intermediary nodes, moreover are also major members of cohesive subgroups. Besides, the comment network topology has many same nodes with 2-clique and 2-clan of the blogroll network topology. Finally, trackback network topology is not obvious related with the blogroll network topology. Keywords: blog, network topology, cohesive subgroup
