Popis: | 97 This work investigated the effect of Henry’s constant on VOCs absorption in a rotating packed bed equipped with blade packings. Sodium carbonate and sodium sulfate solutions were used as absorbents. The effects of rotor speed, liquid flow rate, gas flow rate and Henry’s constant (temperature and salt concentration) on absorption efficiency and gas-side mass transfer were studied. Experimental results presented that absorption efficiency increased with an increasing rotor speed and an increasing liquid flow rate, but decreased with an increasing gas flow rate and an increasing Henry’s constant. Moreover, overall volumetric gas-side mass transfer coefficient (KGa) increased with rotor speed, liquid flow rate and gas flow rate, but decreased with Henry’s constant (temperature or salt concentration). |
