In this study was designed the thin upper seal of the printer by the plastic materials that consisted of Polypropylene (PP), Poly lactide (PLA), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE),and Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE).In the Injection Molding Process the main character is to measure the warpage quantity then compare by analyzing in the process. The experiment method in this paper, first, we chosen the Taguchi Method accomplished with moldflow analysis, we analyze three level classes by using the L9(34) Orthogonal array. Next, the four controlled factors we used are mold temperature(MoT), melt temperature(MeT), pack pressure time(PPT), and pack pressure(PP), respectively. Last, optimized process parameters computed and collected the significant sequence affect the warpage of the four kinds of materials in our overall process. An important to finding as parameters of reveals are affected mostly as mold temperature(MoT), melt temperature(MeT), pack pressure time(PPT) and pack pressure(PP) for PP. For Poly lactide (PLA), affected by melt temperature(MeT) mostly, then mold temperature(MoT), pack pressure time(PPT) and pack pressure(PP). For HDPE, is mold temperature(MoT) mostly, then melt temp, pack pressure(PP) and pack pressure time(PPT). For LDPE, is mold temperature(MoT), pack pressure(PP), pack pressure time(PPT) and melt temperature(MeT), like above similarity. The largest warpage of the materials, in sequence these are HDPE, LDPE, PLA and PP, respectively in this experiment. The smallest Volumetric shrinkage at ejection werePLA, LDPE, PP, HDPE.The largest Maximum Clamp force are PLA, LDPE, HDPE, PP. Because the higher the Maximum Clamp force injection molding machine of the more expensive price, how to choose the right of the injection molding machine is also a very important topic.
