| Popis: | 97 The thesis focuses on the relation between policy advocacy strategies and social capital with Non-profit Organization. Since “Gender Equality Employment Bills” promoted, it was the longest way by the advocacy coalition framework of policy change. Although there are numerous researcher showing that policy advocacy in Non-profit Organization and social capital have become an issue and empirical studies which attracts considerable attention. In discussing the relevant provisions in Taiwan, this thesis tries to analysis advocacy strategies and social capital relation in Feminist Organizations concern with Gender Equality Employment Bills, and special attention is focused on their social capital created. Policy advocacy strategies intend for the mass media to spread, alliances, lobbying, and information to broadcast. It applies Secondary data and interviews with the advocacy coalition. Understanding how to create and build social capital- as like the indicator of trust, networks and norms of relationship in the policy advocacy procession. |
