| Popis: | 96 The Hua-Shan village, located at the Yun-Lin County, is renowned for crop production and mountain climbing. Due to the economic recession, the tea production has begun to be transformed into the scenery-café in Gui-Lin village since 1990. Following the concept of “Taiwan Coffee” proposed and the celebration of“Taiwan Coffee Festival” carried forward in 2003, Hua-Shan area sprang up with lots of cafe shops. This thesis focuses on the cluster of café shops at Hua-Shan village, which not only trought the economic recovery but also created a new place to enjoy coffee for citizens. Because many Hua-Shan cafés’ owners constructed their own shops, the construction included the coffee production, the interior design, and the environment arrangement, deriving all from personal reativities of these shop owners. Accordingly, these distinctive creativities often resulted in different styles of the café shops. This research report points out as follows: 1. The product（or constructed/ or coffee） styles of the Hua-Shan café shop owners may be divided into three kinds：“progress” style, “self-sufficient” style and“desolate” style. 2. The interior styles of the Hua-Shan café shop owners may be divided into two kinds：“self-restraint” style and “home” style. 3. The lacated styles of the Hua-Shan cafe shop owners may be divided into three kinds：“foresight” style, “want to do but has not done” style and “cultivating one''s own worth” style. Although the self-characteristic or recognition is not sparkling enough, the creativity of Hua-Shan café is quite lively. Without a doubt, the special atmosphere of Hua-Shan café, comparing with the urban café shops, provides features to this community. No matter the coffee production, the interior design or the environment, Hua-Shan café has shaped another kind of richer vitality cafe style. |
