Popis: | 96 Nowadays, pre-pay exchange exist our society everywhere, but academic field still lack of regarding research. Based on the gap of the study and Alexander Gym bankrupt case in 2007 which caused members can not get the right they should have, and pre-pay exchange became the critical issue that people focus on. For pre-pay provider, how to increase customers’ repurchase intention is important. This study is to explore the effects of contract warranty, intangibility, heterogeneity, information asymmetry on (moral hazard or specific asset investment) and repurchase intention. This study hope may assist the pre-pay provider/enterprise effectively to promote the customers’ repurchase intention. The study primarily used a survey, the target samples were gymnasium members and language center students. There were 26 missing data among the 407 questionnaires; 94% of them were usable. SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.52 software were employed to help us analyze the collected data. The finds of this study are as follows: 1.Contract warranty has significant effect on moral hazard and specific asset investment. 2.Intangibility, heterogeneity, information asymmetry have significant effect on moral hazard. 3.Moral hazard and specific asset investment have significant effect on repurchase intention. |
