Popis: | 96 The purpose of this research was to investigate the participation motivation and obstacle factors for coaches at elementary schools in Taipei, and compare the divergences in the two factors with differences population statistic variances. The coaches of athletic teams at elementary schools in Taipei were selected to participate in this study for the quantitative survey, and a total of 215 copies is valid sample.After retrieving effictive questionnaires, to analyze by using multistatistic methods such as Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, One-Way RMANOVA, LSD method and Pearson Correlation. The conclusions could be made as follows: (1) The main participation motivation of organizing and training athletic teams are reflection of other people’s expectation, self-growth, interpersonal relationship, sense of responsibility, and sense of achievement. (2) The results of the ANOVA for various personal background shows that there were significant differences for all factors of participation motivation except the factor of job functions in the school. (3) The main obstacle factors for coaches are administration, equipment, athlete, parents, budge. (4) The results of the ANOVA for various personal background shows that there were no significant differences for all obstacle factors except the factor of the coaches’ seniority. (5) The result shows that no significant correlation was uncovered between total participation motivation and obstacle factors. |
