Popis: | 96 Nowadays when entering the age of knowledge economic and global competition, enterprises should not merely stay in the stage of pursuing promoting the efficiency of a company’s operation, but need to continuously explore new innovation to survive in the market. If one new great innovative idea was held up in the very primary stage without being promoted further, taken effect, or even produced and finally receive the profit, the new innovative idea would be merely a thought and would never benefit the company. On the contrary, if a primary innovative idea can be carried out further by following a company’s effective procedures and strategies to then being stimulated, sieved out and finally integrated with the company’s current resources, then it would truly effectively utilize the innovation, favor the successfulness of the production, and initiate building up the profit gain of the company. This thesis is mainly utilizing the value of innovation which is looked upon not partially but as a complete and thorough practice and further using it to locate the weakest and strongest links within an enterprise’s structure and then use it to assist advancing the company’s growth with a systemized scheme and strategy that fits the company. Furthermore, this thesis then selects a company that manufactures exercise equipments that based in Taiwan as an ongoing study project and furthermore uses this project to view the structural characteristics of an enterprise in the process of practicing an innovation and verify some theoretical structures. This study project shows that this chosen enterprise, as a result from an evaluation survey of the value of innovation, appeared as an “unhealthily transformed” company. As such, this study suggests two strategies which are in the light of “choice” and “development”: 1. Choice: utilize the value of structures as the criterion of sifting; further filter the procedure of resource distribution. 2. Development: employ the innovative strategy matrix to bridle the procedure of creative idea transformation.
