| Popis: | 96 The main objective of this study is to investigate the equipment maintenance base on school’s air conditioning. The maximum likelihood estimation is first applied to conduct the original hazard rate function of equipment. The minimum cut set is determined by using fault tree analysis. The facts cause the combination of basic event and top event is considered. The aging or deteriorating equipment is also considered under the limitation of using time. A general period model is established by using improvement factor in imperfect maintenance to measure the level of restoring based on different condition to calculate modification factor. The intensifying age and maintenance cost is calculated by modification factor. The relationships between preventing-maintenance frequency and non-expect maintenance cost is established based on minimum maintenance cost to approach the optimum maintenance frequency. In this study, the preventing maintenance is basing on the constant period of time for convenience of equipment management and implement of realistic maintenance. However, if any defect occurs during the period of maintenance, the minimum cost maintenance method is utilized. |
