| Popis: | 96 The textile industry has international competitive industry for my country.For the promotion textile industry in the pursue diversification and the high additional value product.Proposes to do superfine fiber system regulation，one of main parts spinneret to make a development. This study uses the μ-EDM and WEDM machining system，does spinneret for the superfine fiber，might reduce the cost and weaving product development time，will enhance the textile product difference and the competitive power. This study uses the μ-EDM and WEDM machining，does spinneret geometric shape hole the manufacture method.The μ-EDM machining mainly aims at each geometric shape hole manufacture threading hole，in order to help WEDM when threads processes each geometric shape hole.The WEDM have main and trims process to achieves size of each different shape hole request. |
