| Popis: | 96 This research is based on the air force officers of Zi-hung Air Base. The purpose is to understand the true factors of the air force officers’ willing, motivation and complication of attending overseas tour. There were 224 air force officers surveyed from Zu-hung Air Base. Statistical analysis 1. The statistics has shown that of the 50.04% surveyed who attended overseas tour in 5 years, 80.8% were willing to take vacation overseas again. 2.And the favorite type of tour is a 5-day, Asia, exotic scenery, 30-60 thousand NT and once two years tour party. Most officers were interested in approaching nature environment hoping can pursue inspiration. They would also like to visit somewhere that they have never been and to experience the exotic local climate. Among the complications, lacking of companions, higher range officers’ opposition and unsafe traveling environment were the most concerned. 3.There are three factors that motivate someone to attend a tour which are physical, culture and composition. According to the result of analysis, job property, income situation, appreciation, and working conflict are the main factors for the air force officers attending overseas tour. It is essential for the military authority to use every source of media to pass out the important concept of leisure recreation, so that the military officers can carry out their mission with all their might for the country. |
