In terms of various aspects of “Affecting Factors of school affairs participation, the school teacher group demonstrates a “Higher Conformity” in “Parents’ motivation of participation and the school administrative organization” however the “Least Conformity” in “Parents’ participating ability and available time”; 2. In terms of “Parent Participation Patterns”, the school teacher group demonstrates the “Highest Conformity” in “coordinating Parent-Teacher communications” and the “Lower conformity” consecutively in “Coordinating school level affairs, assisting class level affairs, and participating in affairs involving decision-making; 3. In terms of overall view of various aspects of the Affecting Factors of school affairs participation, the male school teacher group demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that female school teacher group does; 4. In terms of overall view of the Affecting Factors, the group of teachers acting as dean demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that of the group of teachers acting of group leader; further in terms of “Participation Patterns” overall view, the former group shows an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that of the teacher group; 5. In terms of overall view of the Affecting Factors, the group of teachers in a school with 24 or less classes demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that of either the group of teachers in a school with 25 – 60 classes or the group in the one with 65 classes; 6. In terms of overall view of the Affecting Factors, the group of teachers in rural schools demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that of the group in city and township schools; in terms of the view in the aspect of “Assisting School Level Affairs”, the group of teachers in city and township schools demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that of the group in rural schools; 7. In terms of both Affecting Factors and Participation Patterns, the parent group demonstrates an “Average Conformity” in both overall view and various aspects; 8. In terms of view in various aspects of Participation Patterns in school affairs, all parent groups demonstrate the “Highest Conformity” in aspect of “Coordinating Parent-Teacher communications, and the “Lower Conformity” consecutively in that of “Assisting Class Level Affairs” and “Participating in decision-making affairs”. 9. In terms of overall view in various aspects of Participation Patterns in school affairs, the Male Parent Group demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that the Female Parent Group does; 10. In terms of view over the Affecting Factors, the group of parents with senior or vocational high school education demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that the group of parents with community college or undergraduate education; 11. In terms of overall view of the Affecting Factors, the group of parents of students in a school with 24 or less classes demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that of either the group of parents of students in a school with 25 – 60 classes or the group in the one with 65 classes; in terms of view over the aspect of “Participating in decision-making affairs” in Participation Patterns, the group of parents of students in a school with 24 or less classes demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that of school with more classes; 12. n terms of overall view of the Affecting Factors, the group of parents of students in rural schools demonstrates an “Apparently Higher Conformity” than that of the group in city and township schools; 13. In the overall view of and respective view of various aspects, both Affective Factors and Participation Pattern demonstrate “Apparently Proportional Relationships”. This research is based upon the above findings, and proposrs accordingly so as to provide credible references to educations administrative organizations, school, teachers and future researchers targeting onproceed to relevant researchers.
