教師情緒管理與工作壓力之研究--以台中縣國民中學為例

Popis: | 96 This research aims to understand the present situations of emotional management and working stress encountered by junior high school teachers in Taichung County. It firstly compares the differentiation of the ways by which junior high teachers from different backgrounds tackle their emotional management and working stress. Then it moves on to analyze the relevance between these two crucial elements. The study ends with an explication of how junior high teachers can predict their working stress with the ability of emotional management. The researcher adopts a questionnaire and designs the “Scale for Evaluation of Emotional Management and Working Stress of Junior High School Teachers” to conduct her research. Through layered random sampling, three hundred and ninety-nine public junior high teachers in Taichung County serve as the object of study. The data thus obtained are then rendered as statistics by SPSS For Windows 10.0, t-testing, one-way ANOVA, Pearson relevance between multiplication and subtraction, and progressive multiple retrospective analysis. In terms of the outcome of analyses, the study is legibly concluded as follows: 1. The junior high teachers in Taichung County exhibit intermediate capability of emotional management and working stress. 2. These teachers of different sexes show an apparent distinction in the respect of “emotional expression” and emotional management as a whole. As to other background variants which may affect these respects, little distinction could be found. 3. The teachers of different sexes show an apparent distinction in working stress when it comes to “interpersonal relationship” and “self expectation.” So do those who face working stress of similar extent in “administrative support” and “students’ performance.” As to other background variants which may affect these respects, little distinction could be found. 4. It can be argued that there is a discernible relevancy between these teachers’ emotional management and working stress. 5. These teachers’ ability to “adjust their emotions” can effectively predict their working stress. According to the outcome of the above-mentioned studies, the researcher attempts to propose some tangible advice for educational administrative offices of Taichung County, high schools, and junior high teachers. Besides, the researcher also makes some suggestions about the object of study, the variants, and methodology for further reference and studies in the future. |
