Financial Service System runs 24 hours a day with high stablibility. It is not uncommon when a service technician finds error messages, the financial service system has already left bad impression to their clients. Therefore, a monitoring system with prompt fedback not only can improve the service quality to our clients but also can save a lot of maintenance expenses. The purpose of this study is to develop the Just-in-Time(JIT)Monitor System applied to Financial Service System that is able to check system log and understand any exception. When a exception occurs, the technician is able to receive the alarm notice in time. Also, a well-recording system is useful to analyze the history data. It is worth noting that the concept of websphere service in J2EE architecture can also be suitable for different operating systems to improve the service quality of the information system.
