Popis: | 97 This paper studies tracking-control problem of a piezo-actuated system. By means of feedforward, inverse-hysteresis cancellation, tracking performances of the system can be improved. To implement the feedforward cancellation, nonlinear hysteretic behaviors of the system are estimated using observer, the Fourier-based and Haar-based function-approximation technique. These estimated results are used for the design of the inverse-hysteresis compensator which in turn is integrated with a PI feedback control. The proposed controllers are applied to an experimental system to verify their reliabilities. |
