Popis: | 96 This research takes Ten Drum Culture Village for example, carrying on the discussion in view of its service quality and the satisfaction level of customers. Empirical analysis finds that the tourists of different backgrounds make significant difference in service quality and customer satisfaction. I hope that the research results can help the operators of the cultural industry, and provide the analytical Standards of current condition future analysis of business strategies to help the sustainable operation of the cultural and creative industries. The following summarizes the major findings: 1. Tourists of different gender, ages, marital condition, educational levels, occupations, salary, residences, communication, leisure, fellow traveler weren’t significantly different in the service quality. 2. Tourists who hear from activity messages in different ways are different in the responsiveness, empathy, the whole quality of the service condition. 3. Tourists of different gender, ages, marital condition, educational levels, occupations, salary, residences, communication, leisure, fellow traveler weren’t significantly different in the customer satisfaction. 4. Tourists who hear from activity messages in different ways have significant differences in the whole feelings and the over all customer satisfaction. |
