Popis: | 96 This research is tried to study the crucial events of management, leading to the satisification and dissatisification in job of staffs of military factory, via Critical Incident Technique and Content Analysis. Comparing these events with Herzbergan Motivation-Hygiene Theory, and analyzing the alternation effecting the satisification of staffs in job. We analyze the study and acquire resalts according to the different staffs of various crucial events in staff management, and offer instructions. Our approach is to interview the staffs of the arsenal R.O.C via questionnaire. The results of this study show that: 1. The most satisified incidents of staff management for staffs are personal relationship, work environment, the policy and management of company. The most dissatisified incidents are the policy and management of company, content of job, and income. 2. Absolute motivation factors effecting the staffs of arsenal are “personal relationship”, “guardance of jobs”. And absolute hygiene factors are “promotion”, “duty”, and “culture”. 3. Most factors have both functions of motivation and hygiene. 4. Originally, the motivation factor-“promotion” and “duty”, transform to hygiene factors, the hygiene factors-“personal relationship” and “guardance of jobs”, alter to motivation factor. 5. The satisified and dissatisified incidents shows on obvious difference in department, sex, personality, marriage condition, age, experience and salary. |
