| Popis: | 96 Hospitality students for the future of the service industry into an important talent, students are usually faced with employment or continue studying after graduating from university, students are still confused with their working decision, understand hospitality student career development maturity will be a model for hospitality students. The purposes of this study are: 1. To know the impact of career development for the tendency of occupation enthusiasm and to deal with emergency of Hospitality students. 2. To know the values of the work in career development for the tendency of occupation enthusiasm and to deal with emergency of Hospitality students. 3. To know the impact in career development for the values of the work of Hospitality students. These purposes of this study are to explore the relationship among the tendency of occupation enthusiasm, to deal with emergency, and the values of the work in career development of hospitality students. This study used the questionnaire survey. We total distributed 350 questionnaires, 300 were collected back, and finally there are 265 valid samples and response collection rate was 75.5％. We used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the data analysis method. The results were as following highlights: 1. There is a significant positive effect between the tendency of occupation enthusiasm and career development of hospitality department students. 2. Both the tendency of occupation enthusiasm and to deal with emergency can affect terminal the values of the work positively. 3. There is a significant positive effect between the tendency of occupation enthusiasm and instrumental the values of the work of hospitality department students. 4. Terminal the values of the work can affect career exploration and career decision of hospitality department students positively. With the above research results, this study offers some specific suggestions to the related authorities as reference.
