Popis: | 96 This study takes the players of CPBL’ s D-media T-REX baseball team as the research object, discuss the relationship of players between the cognition of organizational change and the organizational commitment after they experienced the organizational change of their team, and finds out the difference of different background of players. This study conducts questionnaire survey and use descriptive statistic analysis, One-way ANOVA, t-test and Pearson’s correlation analysis for quantitative analysis. The results are: 1. There were no significant differences between different background (ages, seniority of CPBL, seniority of present team, marital status, average month salary of this season and degree ) and organizational change or organizational commitment 2. The cognition of organizational has highly significant relation to the organizational commitment of players.
