With the increasing numbers of colleges and decreasing of birth rate, supply and demand become unbalance. Schools are facing the difficulties of insufficient students. Global education market is widened by WTO, and hence, conflicts and struggles of internationalization and localization are brought upon. Pressure that comes from schools competing against each other is thus enhanced. To pursue continuous running schools, managements of colleges have to create unique characteristics and values by establishing competitive advantages and brand-name for the school and taking upper-hand strategies. This study begins with the analysis of past studies in school marketing, satisfaction and decision-making factors of choosing schools, and then, cross-tabulation and Ridit analysis are utilized to reveal college students’ satisfaction toward various services provided by the school and the reasons why they choose this school. Index to improve and better satisfaction, marketing strategy to reinforce advantages, advantages to bring the best profit to schools, and new competitiveness to schools are proposed to create new win-win phase for the school, students and their parents, achieving the ultimate goal for college education.
