| Popis: | 96 Reviewing the economic development for over 50 years of Taiwan, the financial system plays an extremely important role. Offered by fund and diagnosed to enterprise's financial situation, not only give play to the function of the financial intermediary, and through with enterprise's fund exchanges, bear and supervise enterprise's operation mission. Enterprises have thick color in our country clan, a director or the situations of the layers of management are quite common that served as the company by family members, and the family firm rate is too high, cause the result that all power of management and administrative power do not divide, dependent on financial institution to be financing proportion very heavy, is it look on as the crisis take place to enterprises to lead to the fact, know the misfortune and financial institution, make the bad creditor's rights of financial institution of our country change and hit new peak. Hence, this research mainly focuses on group-type family-owned firms. Using Case Study and Secondary Qualitative Study to analyse and compare case bank’s corporate governance, internal control and internal audit in order to make recommendation for authorities. The result of this research is as follows: 1.Integrated the corporate governance with outside supervising system. 2.Strengthen accountant's independence and information disclosure. 3.Revise relevant decrees and examine the deposit insurance system. 4.Strengthen the early warning measure, adopt the supervising system. |
