Popis: | 96 The surface modification and targeting-antibody linking of fluorescent core-shell nanoparticles for cancer targeting/imaging application were studied. The first kind of nanoparticles was prepared by emulsion polymerization of bio compatible monomers and the conjugated polymer. The other was fabricated by microemulsion of biocompatible pegylated surfactant, reactive surfactant and conjugated polymer. After being linked to targeting-antibody (Herceptin), the core-shell nanopartices exhibited excellent breast cancer targeting/imaging properties by rapid antibody (Herceptin)-antigen (HER2) binding. The morphology, photolumenescent and surface properties of the nanoparticles were also studied by TEM, FESEM, flourescent microscope and ESCA. |
