| Popis: | 96 In Taiwan’s economic development process, SME (small and medium enterprise) has always been a key role. It grows and develops on the basis of Taiwan’s unique business characteristics; as it brings about Taiwan economic miracle, at the same time it further displays diverse business culture and feature. The subjects of this study were employees of SME in construction industry. This study investigated factors which affect employee management and regulation, its research duration was from Dec. 1, 2007 to Jan. 31, 2008. This study utilized random sampling to conduct questionnaire survey; the valid copies were 521, and valid return rate was 94.72%. |
