Popis: | 96 As a result of the social state transformation and the lifelong continually learning promotion, causes the person to increase demand for learning English more and more. But the adult all has the independent ability to choose the cram school, the adult consumer non-uniformity to the English study organization choice is very high, the adult consumer''s demand also has the individual characteristic, compares with the teenager and the child, the adult regarding supplementary class''s choice, has the oneself intense thought and the opinion. Therefore, if the entrepreneur can appraise and understand adult''s motivation and demand, builds the suitable environment atmosphere which for the adult to learning language, then design appreciate curriculum and teaching method to makes the good plan and adjust the situation, can achieve the best teaching effect for adult. Zhang Mei Yu (1985) mention that, evaluates the child the reason that can learn the native language and the foreign language smoothly successful, that primary reason does not depend on physiological condition, but the non-physiological factor such as learning environment, the time, the motivation also is the important influence, therefore the adult may learn the foreign language very successful in the suitable way. Gardner and Lambert (1972) widely studies toward the process of learning French, what attitude and motive play the role for this period are .These research confirmed and prove the motivation for learning the second language is very important. However, the Americanism educational institution industry is very different with other industries, because the language ability should cultivate increasable slowly. This need time and patience. Therefore the Americanism educational institution is unable to let the consumer experience the value of product immediately. Because the consumer’s learning achievement and the consuming experience that is relative deeply with organization build excellent brand and shape image mold for consumer. This research chooses English cram school as study were used Case of GLOBAL VILLAGE ORGANIZATION Cram School in Taichung city as the target of sampling for data. The research on Influence and correlation of Learning English Motivation and Self-directed Learning Readiness on Customer Satisfaction on adult in English cram school by descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA, Single Factor Correlation, and regression analysis. The major purpose in this research is summarized as follows: 1.Discusses the motivation of the adult participate in the learning English. 2.Discusses the influence of the learning motivation on the customer satisfaction for the adult consumer 3.Discusses the difference situation of adult consumer’s different background variable in the learning English motivation. 4.Finds out the influence of adult consumer''s individual characteristic on satisfaction.
