Popis: | 96 Organically modified carbon-nano-tube (CNT) and nano-scaled graphene platelet (NGP) were compounded with Polyamide 66(PA66) in a twin-screw extruder. The PA66/CNT and PA66/NGP nanocomposites were then molded by conventional and microcellular injection molding process. The effects of CNT and NGP contents on the mechanical, thermal and foaming properties were investigated. The results showed that PA66/NGP nanocomposites has better tensile strength that that of PA66/CNT nanocomposites both on conventional and microcellular injection molding. The addition of CNT or NGP also increased the tensile strength of the nanocomposites. However this only happened up to a certain CNT or NGP loading. For the impact strength, the conventional molding has better performance that that of microcellular molding on PA66/CNT nanocomposites. But, it has opposite result on PA66/NGP nanocomposites. For the wear resistance, the PA66/NGP has better value than that of PA66/CNT nanocomposites. The PA66/CNT nanocomposites has better foaming property (i.e., cell size, cell density) than that of PA66/NGP nanocomposites. The addition of CNT and NGP also improved the thermal stability of the PA66 nanocomposites. |
