It is getting harder to make a decision more quickly and efficiently with the ample of long accumulating data of a corporation in the era of the improvement of the information managements and the complication of the information applications. Business Intelligence Systems(BIS) plays a critical role to provide the functions of multi-dimensional analysis and decision-making. User Satisfaction is a major element of Information Systems Success. Scholars said that the evaluation of user’s satisfaction might affect individual performance. There are lots of literatures about User Satisfaction and forecasting information system but no one discuss the relationship between User Satisfaction of Business Intelligence Systems and individual performance. This research is based on Forman’s literature and other IS literatures to discuss Decision Support Satisfaction(DSS), Interface Satisfaction, Task Support Satisfaction(TSS) and Report and Data Quality Satisfaction of User Satisfaction of Business Intelligence Systems and the relationship between Short-term Job Consequence and Long-term Job Consequence. This research used the questionnaire to be the main investigation tool and got 115 valid surveys. After PLS, the results found that the theories of literature, Business Intelligence Systems User Satisfaction : Decision Support Satisfaction, Interface Satisfaction, and Report and Data Quality Satisfaction can affect user’s Job Consequence through Task Support Satisfaction at second hand and increase user’s efficiency and value of organization.
